Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Download BoothBrain from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and tap "Sign Up." Enter your email and create a password.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! New users get a free trial with full access to all features.

What devices are supported?

BoothBrain works on iPhone (iOS 13+) and Android phones (Android 8+).

Inventory Management

How do I add products?

Tap the "+" button on the Inventory screen, enter product details, and save. You can also import products via CSV.

Can I add product photos?

Yes! Tap on a product, then tap "Add Photo" to upload an image from your camera or photo library.

How do I import inventory from a spreadsheet?

Go to Inventory → Menu → Import CSV. Download the template, fill it with your products, and upload.

Sales & Payments

What payment methods are supported?

Cash, card, Venmo, PayPal, and custom payment methods you configure.

How do I process a sale?

Start a session, add items to the cart, select payment method, and complete checkout.

Events & Sessions

What's the difference between an event and a session?

An event is a market/fair you're attending. A session is when you're actively selling at that event.

Can I track multiple events?

Yes! Create unlimited events and track sales separately for each.

Account & Billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

To manage your subscription, go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → BoothBrain. All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store.

Will I lose my data if I cancel?

No. Your data remains in your account even after canceling your subscription. You can export your inventory anytime from the Inventory screen. To permanently delete your account and all data, go to Settings → Delete Account in the app.

How do I export my data?

Go to Inventory → Menu → Export CSV to download your inventory and sales data.

Technical Issues

The app won't load. What should I do?

Try these steps:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Force close and reopen the app
  3. Restart your device
  4. Check for app updates in the App Store

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen and follow the email instructions.

Does BoothBrain work offline?

Yes! You can process sales offline. Data will sync when you reconnect to the internet.
